For over 10 years I have been excited to be a REALTOR and SCCAOR member serving Silicon Valley. As a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing during my corporate career, working with sellers and buyers for their most important financial decisions was an easy next step. Having managed a team of sales professionals for over 20 years, consulting with and serving client’s needs and wants is primary to my approach in real estate.

It is especially gratifying to educate and help new home buyers through the process of meeting partners, getting a loan and completing all the documentation for a successful transaction. After 4 years as the sole REALTOR for a Santa Clara County Below Market program, I have experience and knowledge of the “city/equity share” approach used to get new buyers qualified and to re-sell for people ready to exit those programs.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist for over 6 years, I specialize in solving the challenges to our sellers looking to “downsize” or move from a long-time home to a new location closer to their family.

Project management and planning process are critical roles for helping clients in stressful buying, selling, or moving situations. My calm attitude, local knowledge and real estate experience are tools to assure a smooth and successful transaction.
