As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

Our Story

Facing daunting new realities, we learned a valuable lesson.

Marian – I opened the door and in an instant was ten years old again, running down the hallway playing tag. Walking past that specter of myself with my sister, trash bags and boxes in hand, my heart sank.

When my mother passed away, there was a lot left behind. It was not simply saying goodbye and handling paperwork, services, and everything that follows when dealing with someone’s affairs. There was the house where I grew up and it was full.

Three generations of my family lived in that house. The walls were saturated with memories and imprints of us from the nick in the door frame to the worn-down cabinet handles, and inside all of it was several generations-worth of stuff. It was a great deal to handle, and I made plenty of trips from California to Pennsylvania to sort through it all with my sister.

In the end, it took three years, a whole bunch of determination, and even more creativity. That first day, I did not know how we would get it all done. Over the years, we figured out creative solutions to not only store all the items we wanted to keep and share with our families, but also in dealing with saying goodbye. What I realized was that we are all capable of finding a solution even when we are faced with a seemingly impossible task.

Margaret – My husband, El, ran out of the house, yelling to back up. After a long day at work, I did not understand what he was saying. There had been an earthquake and he kept repeating that our house was gone. When I walked around the trees in our front yard, I looked down where my front door used to be into the wreckage of my home.

It was surreal and took me a moment to realize I was technically homeless. We did not have money to rebuild right away and so we lived in a camper on our property. It was not like a modern RV or trailer today, it was the bare minimum of a place to sleep, meant for actual camping. There were many rainy nights when I looked out the tiny window, listening to the patter of the rain, wondering if I would ever have a home again.

It was a long process, but after a few years, El and I saved enough money to start building. We could not hire a crew to help us, so other than one contractor to help with the roof, we did it all ourselves. There was help from friends and family (for which I am eternally grateful) and countless long nights and weekends spent at the build site. Within a few more years, we finally had a functioning house again and all that remained from our home before the earthquake was a single wall.

I always look on the bright side and find the silver lining. Even though I never planned it, I ended up with a brand-new house in the end! Though it was exhausting and frustrating beyond belief, I realized through it all that with enough hard work and willingness to adapt, anything is possible.

Marian and I teamed up to create simplicity for our clients. Between the two of us, we have over twenty-five years of experience in real estate and decades more in project management. We step in and get things done so you do not have to worry. We both learned a long time ago that a house is so much more than a place to sleep at night. We want to help all our clients find the perfect home to fit their lifestyles and achieve their dreams through real estate.

When you are buying or selling a property, there are a lot of steps involved. We take the reins for our clients and manage each transaction as if it were our only one. With complete focus and dedication, we pay attention to the details from staging and moving to arranging renovations. We are not afraid of doing the legwork and over our decade-long professional careers, we have learned that by being adaptable and creative there is always a solution no matter what complications arise. We are all just people and the two of us take the human approach to real estate by keeping you informed, listening to your needs, and being there whenever you need us. With our extensive experience in residential, land, ranch, commercial, and investment property including everyone from first-time buyers to downsizing seniors, we know how to help you get where you are going. Once the transaction is over, we will still be there whenever you need us as your lifelong REALTORS®.

What I realized was that we are all capable of finding a solution even when we are faced with a seemingly impossible task.
